RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy  with your purchase for any reason, please Contact our Customer Support Team and we will make sure you get the perfect print of your choice. Read below for details about our 100% satisfaction guarantee and for instructions how to make a return.

  •  ALL CLAIMS DUE TO DAMAGED ARTWORK MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
  • Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery date.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to lack of care, misuse, mishandling, accident or other abnormal reasons. Products must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • Purchaser shall return the defective prints to us at his/her own risk and expense and in accordance with our return policy in effect from time to time.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of product and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • NO RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED SALES MARKED 30% OR ABOVE.

How to Return Your Product

If your product arrives damaged in some way, then we offer a hassle free return process.

      1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the exact shipping container it arrived in.
      2. Attach these photos to an email and send to sales@colossalimages.com
    1. Please include your order number or item number, a description of the reason for the return, and mention whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
    2. Make a copy of the packing slip received with your order. Please keep the original copy with you for your further records. A copy of the packing slip must accompany your return.
    3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return is being processed.
    4. If your return is confirmed, we will process the refund or replacement based on your decision.

    Please note:

    • You are required to return the item/product at your own expense before the return can be processed.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any item return that occurs more than ninety (90) days from the purchase date.
    • Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and send your return request showing the reason of return.
