On The Rocks Rolled Canvas Prints
Located about 10 miles northwest, this secluded beach has rocky shores, robust waves and some of the clearest water. Rock appears to have the upper hand, apparently unaffected by the relentless slaps of water. Central area also has its share of lovely beaches and rugged shorelines. It is perhaps best-known for its bay side aquarium and historic Cannery Row, is lined with rocky outcrops, cliffs and hidden coves. On the western outskirts there is a state park with picturesque natural features and diverse beaches. With nearly three-dozen beaches to choose from, this is a beach lover’s dream. From the iconic Surf rider Beach, famous for world-class surfing and movies like Gidget, to one of the area’s cleanest beaches, to the cave-like rocks and cliffs of that Beach, there are plenty of options. Big Rock Beach is a narrow rocky beach that is under water during higher tides. This Beach is a small rocky beach in eastern area. No matter where you venture, be careful to only walk on rocks and not in the pools themselves. South Beach has a wide rocky shoreline provides easy access to many small tide pools. The tide pools can be found by the big rocks near the sand. There are also a number of rock formations that can be explored at low tide which usually hide interesting sea creatures.
