Seal Beach Solace is located above the Pacific Ocean in Seal Beach. You will find it on Ocean Ave. where Main Street comes to a dead-end. It takes five or ten minutes to walk to the end of the pier and back, and along the way you will discover scenic vistas, a wind that can blow your hat off if it is not secured, and a restaurant at the end with indoor seating and ocean views. Seal Beach is named for seals and as you enter the pier, you will see more than one icon to commemorate the beloved ocean creatures that frequented the area often and now on occasion. Also interesting additions to the mix are naval weapons ships pulling in and out of the Anaheim Bay regularly as the dock grab munitions from the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station, and head back out to sea.
